A small city in Odisha, Brajrajnagar, is known for paper mills and coal mines. However, this small city is famous across India because of the beautiful Birla Temple located in the city. How to Reach

By Road: As the city Brajarajnagaris located between Raipur, Chhattisgarh and Chandikhole, Odisha and falls on NH 200. There are many private buses that ply to the city from Bhubaneswar, Cuttack,Rourkela and other major cities in Odisha.

By Railways: On the Tatanagar–Bilaspur section of Howrah-Nagpur-Mumbai line which is managed by the Bilaspur division of SE Central Railways lays the Brajrajnagar Railways Station (BRJN). This station is a major loading point for the coal mines in Odisha. There are many trains connecting Brajrajnagarwith other cities like Howrah, Mumbai, Bhubaneswar, New Delhi and Ahmedabad. Jharsuguda (which is 11 km away)however connects cities like Chennai and Bangalore and has IB railway station 1.5 km away from Brajrajnagar.
